 | General Advice for Who Want to lose Weight. |
You must eat breakfast. The breakfast should be something like nonfat yougurt or egg white and try to make it balanced meal other than just eating a swettened cereal or doughnut or other stuff, because something eating the sweetened cereal, or other sweetened stuff and orange juice or other refined carbohydrate can active your appetite instead of controlling it. For lunchtime, you can have a lean protein or a salad and vegetables so that it will keep you full at least for a few hours. Then you can also have some mid-afternoon snack with protein, hard-boiled eggs, low-fat cheese, or high protein energy bar. Try to early for dinnertime, and if you want a late night snack, buy some sugar free jello or low-calorie frozen pop or some vegetables with some fruits. Try to eat less. If you eat late, try to eat less carbohydrates.

 | What kind is the best way to exercise? |
Most people believe morning workouts are most effective and by doing that, you stick to a regular schedule. Research shows exercising later in the day also provides benefits such as less chance of sleep deprivation and of injury.
Benefits of afternoon exercise:
1. Less chance of injury
2. Increase respiratory capacity
3. Less chance of sleep deprivation from rising early 40 (this is a problem for people who are not morning people)
4. Greater improvement in sleep patterns and cognitive function.
