1. Get moving. People in Asia and Europe, they are slim because they are more active. People walk a lot of minutes. They walk to the bus, they walk to the local transportation. Lot of people who live in the city use local transportation, and they drive less and they walk more. So, they do not gain that much weight.
2. Sometimes dining with others like if your family eats together, meals are more enjoyable. Sometimes, people eat more slowly, which increases the likelihood that you will register when you are full before you have eaten more than you should.
3. Chow down only when you ar ehungry. Americans eat all the time, most of the time, whether they are hungry or not, some are under stress, some are lonely and some eat because of boredom. People make food the solution to every issue of your life and expect to be thin. If you eat from boredom, find a hobby, go for a walk, start learning golf, practice meditation or yoga.
